Therapeutic horseback riding...
helps special needs clients develop self-awareness, builds self-confidence, self-esteem, and improves concentration. Through horseback riding activities, riders strengthen and relax muscles and improve posture, core strength and balance. These activities also help increase coordination and joint mobility.
